Bad luck

In my project at the minute, I'm using mirrors in my photos. So I bought one from a charity shop for £8 and took it home and started taking photos of it in my back garden. It was going quite well and I was getting into it. I ventured out onto the street just around the corner and took a few out there. Then the innevitable happened, a gust of wind. It blew my mirror face down to the ground and it smashed into pieces. My heart dropped. So that's seven years bad luck on my card.

Then I had to get another mirror, so I found another, bigger one, that was a bit tattier than the last one. I had some ideas about what I wanted to do, so today I set off to a forest about twenty minutes away, carrying this big heavy mirror

I took the frame off obviously, and used it as a stand to put behind it, obviously. So anyway, I got to the forest and took one photo and then I started setting up the next photo and was just getting down to take and and then the innevitable happened. Again. Yep, a gust of wind(I think) and it fell straight to the floor. Unbelievable. So I carried it all that way, for that. Great. Another seven years bad luck.

That's what it looked like. I was carrying it in erins a1 portfolio. So I went home and, I have these two small mirrors that I bought for like a quid each. In like little plastic frames, so I decided to take the frames off so I can at least take photos of them. I got the first one off pretty easily. Then I came to the second one and was having a bit of trouble. Then the innevitable happened. No, not a gust of wind, I smashed the mirror in my left hand. Great. Then my middle finger was sliced open, bleeding like there was no tomorrow. Gutted. I've broke three mirrors in one week. That's twentyone years bad luck. Fucking brilliant.
